Ever wondered what is the best way to stage your home to be seen through the lens of a camera? Here’s a few key tips for the various areas of your property.
Kitchen
- Tidy kitchen and remove all items from the bench tops, including appliances
- Remove all dishes from the sink, including drying racks
- Remove all tea towels and oven mitts
- Clear off fridge magnets and children’s art works
- Add a bowl of fruit to the kitchen for colour
- Relocate rubbish bins to outside
- Remove pet bowls and litter trays
Entertaining areas
- Clear off outdoor settings
- If you have a pool it should be sparkling clean
- Remove washing from the clothesline
- Oil or wet down the deck
